Rates & times
All goods are sent on a next day delivery service. Please note: even though we always use a next day delivery service, deliveries to remote areas of the country, especially the Highlands and Islands, will, most likely, take longer to arrive. Our delivery partners are FedEx, Parcel Force, and Royal Mail.
Standard delivery charges for orders below £15 are £3.85 (inc. VAT). Orders between £15 - £150 delivery are £7.50 (inc. VAT).
Need the order before noon the next day? Please contact our sales team to discuss the courier options available. Any additional delivery cost is covered by the customer.
We deliver across the UK, from John O'Groats to Land's End, across the Irish Sea to the peaks of the Welsh hills, and everywhere in between.
Due to courier surcharges, an additional premium may be required for specific areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the isles of Guernsey and Jersey. Should you require delivery to the following postcodes, please contact our team before ordering.

Problem with a delivery?
If you haven't received your order after 3 working days from placing the order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01527 506 702 (08:00- 17:00 Monday to Thursday & 08:00 - 16:00 Friday, excluding public holidays) and we will deal with your query ASAP. If you're unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, it may be left in a secure place or with a neighbour.
If your order arrives damaged, the delivery partner should be notified upon receipt. Please also contact our sales team.
In the event, the order does not meet your requirements or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our team within 30 days to discuss a return.
Please note, all refunds are issued less outbound carriage, this applies to all orders, including those applicable for free delivery.
If you have purchased an order through a third party (eBay or Amazon), please use their return process. We are unable to arrange a return/refund directly unless the order was made on this website.

You are welcome to collect your order, for free, at our trade desk in the Redditch warehouse. Please see our Contact Us page for our location and trade desk information.
To access the trade counter: take the first turning left on Palmers Road and we are the first unit on the left, our gates are always open during office.
Due to COVID-19 please call ahead and advise of your arrival before entering the property.
We aim to have most orders ready for same-day collection, however, the order size and complexity can affect this. Please call at the time of order to arrange a collection time.
