Is this suitable for a 90 deg hinged gate, rather than a straight sliding gate or would a speing loaded swivel castorbe better?

I have an electrically operated 9' wooden entrance gate which is sagging on its hinges and dragging on the uneven gravel drive. Is this product appropriate for this situation, and if not can you recommend an alternative? Thanks for your attention.
